  • Preparing of Requests for Expressions of Interests, Requests for Proposals or Requests for Quotations (RFEI/RFP/RFQ)
  • Issuing Invitations to Tender
  • Conducting bid openings
  • Conducting bid evaluations and prepare evaluation reports
  • Assisting clients to prepare and present NCC and Cabinet submissions

 

We have successfully provided procurement consultancy for, and, managed the implementation of more than five (5) VoIP Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Solutions for various clients. This service involves the entire system implementation process and includes customer requirements gathering, RFP/RFQ development, vendor evaluation, implementation management and customer training and handover.
