Government Relationship

The Ministry of Finance and Planning is organized into six major programmes, for purposes of carrying out its responsibilities to the nation. The six programmes into which the Ministry is organized are:

Economic Management
Financial Management
Tax Management
Financial Management
Public Service Establishment
Corporate Planning and Management

Fiscal Services Limited and the Revenue Departments are Sub-Divisions of the Tax Management Programme within the Ministry of Finance and Planning.

Our role relating to the Government of Jamaica is as indicated:

"To provide computerized services to the Revenue Departments, the Ministry of Finance and other related entities as required by the Ministry of Finance and Government of Jamaica so as to facilitate the development and implementation of the Tax Administration Reform Program (TAXARP).

Services provided will include, but not limited to software development for the Revenue Department, Technical Engineering Support Services, Quality Assurance standards for software program throughout the tax administration, and central repository of computerized tax administration data."
