Systems Developed and supported
Fiscal Services Limited (FSL) has developed and/or supports a number of systems for various clients (government and non-government). Currently, the systems that are developed and/or supported are grouped in the following categories:

Government of Jamaica (GOJ) Revenue Services Computerization – These are systems developed and supported for GOJ departments and agencies that facilitate revenue collection. These systems include:

• Integrated Computerized Tax Administration System (ICTAS)

• Integrated New Cash Remittance System (INCRS)

• Jamaica Tax Online Portal

• Land Valuation System (LVS)

• Property Tax System (PTS)

• Stamp Office Information System (SOIS)

• Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)

• Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)

• Tax Reminder System (TaxRem)

Government of Jamaica (GOJ) Trade Facilitation Systems – These are systems developed to enable smoother, more efficient Government to Customer, Government to Government interactions processes relating to trade. Several of these systems facilitate online application and payment for permits and licenses. Currently the systems in this category are comprise the following:

• Bureau of Standards Trade System (BSTS)

• Ministry of Agriculture Trade System (MOATS)

• Ministry of Health Trade System (MOHTS)

• Trade Board Information System (TBIS)
• Trade Registration System (TRS)

Other Computerization Systems – These are systems that have been developed and/or supported for other clients including some GOJ departments and agencies. These systems include:
