Executive Appointment - Managing Director

It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Mr. Leroy Cooke to the post of Managing Director of Fiscal Services Limited with effect from September 1, 2011.

Mr. Cooke has led this organization in a very able manner since December 2010 and has now been appointed by the Board of Directors.  This appointment comes at a key time as we seek to transform FSL to become the leader in ICT strategies, frameworks and solutions for the Government of Jamaica and other clients.
