Change in Leadership

We’ve made a change to our leadership team at Fiscal Services Limited (FSL)!! Our Acting Managing Director, Mrs. Dyon Woolcock has exited the organization after 10 years of dedicated service. Mr. Leroy Cooke has been appointed as Acting Managing Director with effect from December 1, 2010. Mr. Cooke brings a background in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science to this position. He holds a M.Sc Degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology and has training in managing technical organizations and strategic marketing of technology. Mr. Cooke has years of experience in implementing bespoke e-Government systems. Prior to joining FSL, Mr. Cooke worked at the Ministry of Finance as Technical Support Manager and then Cable & Wireless as Information Technology Training Manager and Internet Support Manager. He has served the organization since August 1999, when he joined as Department Head/Project Manager - Customs Project. In June 2003, he was promoted to the post of Director, e-Government Systems, which he has held until his recent appointment to the post of Acting MD. We wish Mr. Cooke all the best at the helm and assure him that he will have the full support of the organization. We would also like to thank Mrs. Woolcock for her tenure and her sterling service to the company and to wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
