Board Chairperson

Mrs. Viralee Latibeaudiere is the former Commissioner General, Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) and has been a member of FSL Board since May 2009 in the capacity of chairperson.

 

Lisa Lewis

Board Member

Mrs. Lisa Lewis is the HR, Director for NOORTHLAC (Red Stripe/Diageo Group of Companies) and has been appointed to the FSL Board since November 1, 2007. She serves as Chairperson for the HRM Subcommittee and is also the Board’s representative on the Board of Trustees for FSL’s Pension Plan.

 

Vaughn Morris

Board Member

Mr. Vaughn Morris, a businessman, was appointed to the Board of FSL on November 1, 2007. He is a member of the HRM, Finance and Audit Subcommittees.

 

Ian Murray

Board Member

Mr. Ian Murray, a businessman with a background in Finance, was appointed to the Board of FSL on November 1, 2007. He is the Chairman of the Finance Subcommittee and interim Chairman for the Audit Subcommittee.

 

Danville Davidson

Board Member

Mr. Danville Davidson, an Information Technology Consultant, was appointed to the Board of FSL Board on November 1, 2007. He is Chairman of the Technical and Research & Development Subcommittee.
